26 kg/m³ density, open cell, flexible foam, produced with flame retardant agents. It is available as plain, egg-crate shaped, pyramid and labyrinth forms. With/without self adhesive options, composite varieties, die cuts, sheets and rolls are offered.
High density (100-200 kg/m3) sound insulation and noise dampening material produced through a special process of mixing with bonding agents and shaping of remaining foam cut-offs and chopped flakes. It is suitable for flooring and carpeting, wall and door lining.
Reticulated foam is a very porous, mostly low density, open cell polyether based polyurethane foam. It offers professional solutions in ventilation systems like air filtration mechanisms both suction and blowing.
Filtering capacity is measured in PPI. Lower PPI stands for larger pores which links with efficiency of filtration. Higher PPI refers to smaller pores which is more effective to filter smaller particles.
It is washable, easy to cut, have different colors, in block or in sheet format.
